About this deal

Since I'm such a ray of sunshine exuding cheerful energy today, lemme finish this on a positive note: potential couples 👀. I found myself analyzing all the interactions between characters as they were meeting. I’m soo excited for book 2 👏🏻 how, um, f0rceful Killian could be. He doesn’t like the word no 👀. If he wants something, he’s gonna take it 😬. The opening scene is n0nc0n, then we get some dubc0n ones, but for the most part, Glyndon was along for the ride 😉 i saw devlin (glyns supposed dead bff), being alive and evil a mile away. take this aspect of their plot away and kilglyn have nothing. take the one non-con scene away, these two have nothing. they could be any random college students. the tropes/darkness was there but i didn't FEEL any of it. so hence why my rating. they were a cute couple and they had their hot moments but overall the couple heavily relied on the side characters to make their book interesting.

Deep in side this man looks a cold-blooded monster that's often luring him to the edge. He says I keep him from taking the fall. Before me, he used to be an aimless monster. Now he's my monster". Audiobook Performance: overall this was a great audio! Even though I love Sebastian, my man cannot do a very good British accent 😅

What a CrAzY ride! Twists and turns, rival college gangs, initiation like the hunger games into a secret society run by a group of psychopaths. But they have nothing on ‘Killer’ the boy who set his sights on the girl he should’ve left well enough alone. Rina Kent's books happen in the same world, but with a slightly different timeline and therefore, many characters pop across different books. I highly recommend reading Rina Kent's previous books, including the Royal Elite series, duets and The Deception trilogy where the main characters are the parents of the characters from this series. Even though it is a lot of books, these books make this series a thousand times better to read when you know the stories of the characters' parents.

One of the strongest direct references to the Renegade God from Games Workshop was made in the Warhammer 40,000 supplement Codex: Chaos Space Marines (3rd Edition 2002). The first is the appearance of a Daemonic weapon called a "Dreadaxe," which is described as preferring to kill other Daemonic entities. The other reference was in a picture displaying the other possible painting schemes for the models. I haven't quite read a book with MMC like Killian with nearly every quality that'll have you thinking, why should we like this guy? Definitely won't go down as the swoon-worthy book boyfriend for many, but I quite enjoyed reading about Killian. The dynamics of this character were full of red flags, but here I am finding some likable qualities ;-) I don’t want to be your girlfriend. In fact, I don’t want to be your anything.” “Good thing you have no say in it.” Jeremy and Cecily OR Jeremy and Landon... hear me out! rivals to lovers. the rival leaders of the Elites and the Heathens???? falling in love? yes🤲🏻 Indeed, Uncle. He could’ve stayed away and avoided us, but he apparently thought paying us a visit was the right thing to do.”The card game Chaos Marauders published in 1987 featured the "Claws of Malal" card. The unit represented in the game by this card was a warband of Beastmen eager to fight, preferably against followers of the other Chaos Gods. I'd say the enemies to lovers trope goes deep between Glyndon and Killian, but even that might be an understatement because Glyn could shout from every rooftop about how much she hated Killian. But he was so unbothered by it and kept on with his day.

WHERE ARE MY QUEENS? they had 2 measly mentions but i ate up their crumbs nonetheless, especially my girl ariella jailbait nash. she is already iconic. she is already the moment, and if rk doesn't give her a book then i will burn the RKCU to the GROUND!!! time to spread the garethariella agenda. golden, popular boy x bad girl? i deserve this. better yet give them a trilogy. #isaidwhatisaid If you want love, then I do love you, but it's the unorthodox version of love. I love you enough to let you wishing my walls. I love you enough to allow you to have a over me when I've never allowed anyone to have the power to destroy me from the inside out" There were three installments completed of The Quest of Kaleb Daark comic with the fourth remaining unprinted: I won’t go into the triggers and all the bad things that Killian does, but to say that there are many. Because if you don’t like reading about this kind of guy, then you shouldn’t be reading Rina Kent books. She writes for those of us that like dark romance, bullies, and anti-hero’s and she makes no bones about it. I for one love them and I haven’t disliked a book of hers that I have read so far.Once upon a time, I was plagued by the urge to see underneath animals’ skin. Humans, too, but I only had access to animals. killian displayed it all from cutting up animals as a young child to fantasizing about murdering anyone that breathes near him 💅🏽

you know it's a sad day on planet earth when i prefer these two's pov chapters in this book over ashers... they are okay at parenting i guess but assrat the streets will never forget what you did to my queen nicole. can't believe i have to see these two AGAIN in landon and brandons book 😭😭😭😭 WHY DO THE DON'S GET 3 BOOKS BUT YOU CAN'T SPARE A TEENY WEENY LITTLE BOOK FOR ARIELLA RINA KENT??? In the comic strip Kaleb Daark's mission allied him temporarily with the forces of Law. He fights at the siege of Praag and confronts the followers of the Chaos God Khorne, and also finds himself at odds with the Skaven. While REU (Royal Elite University) is posh, sophisticated, and reeks of old aristocratic money, The King’s U is all about new money, sharp stares, and threatening auras.”

In any case, Malice's relationship to the other gods of Chaos is a strange one. All Chaos Gods pursue purposes that are wholly their own, yet only Malice occupies a position so antithetical to the success of his own unfathomable creed. To be a follower of Malice is to be a Chaos warrior bent upon shedding the blood of other Chaos creatures. As you get closer to the end, walls are coming down a bit, and start seeing the slightest glimpse of softness that Killian has towards Glyn. Definitely not your traditional sweet stuff, but in his way, that's how he shows how much he cares for her. Have you ever wondered what happens when the villain and their queen have children? Wonder no more. Step into a brand new world that is dark and full of monsters and the princesses caught in their sights.
